One thing that not a lot of people talk about with the PS2 is it's controller, mostly because not a lot has to be said. Sony's upgrade used a controller that was very familiar to it's loyal customers, adding only a couple new features. Meanwhile, both Sega and Microsoft released consoles who's control pads were panned. People said Sega's shouldn't even have been released yet, and Microsoft's controller was just too big (a friend once described it as being "like a cereal bowl without the fun").

All around, I love the PS2. Graphics are good and the games released are generally a lot of fun. While Microsoft's rig was decent, it's development was a big half-assed in comparison. Not knocking xbox or it's fans, I was just rather disappointed by their OS and some of their hardware choices.

What really amazes me about the PS2 now is that it's held up. It's still relevant after all the next gen consoles have come out.

Bought this as a present. When we opened it and put it together I couldn't believe how nice it looked. It is all wood, and the covers for the screws are all in different bright colors. The pieces of wood are also in different bright colors. It comes with two sides one with a dry marker and one with a chalk board. We tried both and they were great. It also has pins to hold anything your kid paints on it. And it has a space to put a roll of paper. It has two bins with tons of little spaces,where you can put crayons, markers, brushes, paint, etc.

It looks great, it had the best price of all the easels I saw, and my friend's two kids will use it for the longest time.

This product works very well for us. We are home caring for a parent with Alzheimer's, and the ability to monitor her movements at night and at times during the day is essential to our success as caregivers. We use both this system and another we bought a couple of years ago that had the bonus (for our needs) of motion detection built into each camera. Unfortunately, that system only supports two cameras, and we found we needed more (and the system we bought before is apparently no longer available). The ability to pan and tilt with the Summer Infant camera makes it remarkably effective, although it should be noted that if you try to mount the camera on a vertical surface you will lose the ability to pan and tilt in a way your brain can relate to, so assume that you will need to set it on a horizontal surface. Also, it should be noted that this is a 2.4 GHz system, not 900 MHz as shown. That's an important distinction for us, since our other system is 900MHz and we use the two in close proximity. We also use WiFi with two computers and a printer and we have a 2.4 GHz phone system. Interference has not been a significant problem, although I have added chokes to power cords that don't have them (the Summer Infant cords do have them built-in).

The included battery has performed very well, and signal strength has generally not been a problem in a somewhat rambling single-story house. I have been able to carry the monitor outside to watch the dog and still maintained reception. Of course, with the digital technology of the Summer Infant system, you either have a picture or you don't, as opposed to variations of good to poor picture with our 900 MHz device. The automatic "time-out" feature of the video can be mildly annoying, but it's there to help you avoid draining the battery inadvertently, and the picture comes back instantly with a touch of the button on top of the monitor. Speaking of which, I like the controls on this monitor...I find them all easy to use, even with my over-sized hands. If we had more use for the audio function of the monitor, I might prefer to not have to go to the menu to change the volume level, but it's certainly easy to do, and with the volume all the way down, we can still watch the LED display for signs of activity and audio levels.

This system will support up to four cameras on one monitor. At this time, you apparently can only purchase additional cameras directly from the manufacturer, and they are pricey (over $100 each). But the company seems to be eager to please, and after using the system with the one camera for a couple of months, I think we will buy at least two more so we can expand the areas that we can monitor remotely. I guess that says more than anything else about our satisfaction with the product.

I received a Sleepy Wrap and a Peanut Shell Sling as shower gifts. After using both, I found I loved the Sleepy Wrap, but the fabric was too elastic, causing my daughter to sag if I didn't tie the wrap very tight. I bought a moby, and have been very pleased with the elasticity of the fabric - just enough so that she seems comfortable and I can get her in and out, but not so much that she's sagging. It can be difficult to put on in parking lots or places where you don't want the fabric to drag on the ground, but it's comfortable enough that I just put mine on before leaving home. I have a bad back, and this is by far the most comfortable carrier. It really does just feel like an extra layer of clothing. The instruction book that comes with it has a lot of helpful tips. Overall, I am extremely satisfied with this product, and my daughter loves it, too.

Being a mom of a refluxing baby, this rocker has tremendously helped us in many ways:
1)has 2 positions,due to its nice deep seat,even the lowest postion
keeps baby fairly upright.
2) Great for sleeping( my 8 month old still sleeps in it),napping,feeding.
3) Nice sturdy frame ( I abuse it all the time and it is still holding superb)
4) Cleaning is a breeze if u have a washing machine.
I fell in love with mine so much so that I bought one for upstairs.
I keep my son in the seat while I take shower,cook or clean. Vibrator is a useful feature too.
I used it when my son was about 5 months and then did not need to use it.

If you're looking for a car seat with a good quality/price ratio, this is it.
This is not the fanciest seat out there, but it is certainly one of the cheapest.
It is also just as safe as other seats. It is easy to use, and pretty light.
It is equiped with a gauge on the side that helps you position the seat at a safe angle for your baby.
There is one con though: This seat does not have a lot of padding, and the head support is too big/wide and won't hold a baby's head.

Reviews Graco Nautilus 3-in-1 Car Seat

The Graco needs to be rethreaded. This is BIG pain when you have another child who wants to use the seat. With the Frontier, it is no biggie to pull the lever.
#3 Frontier seat material is prone to wear where the child's bottom and legs rub on the seat. It also shows WAY more stains and soaks up spills quicker than the Graco.
#4 Frontier has 3 crotch strap adjustments for easy fitting. The Graco only has 2 which makes the older kids sit on the strap. This can get uncomfortable. My oldest DD takes the pad off of the crotch strap on the Frontier (she says it makes the seat look like a "baby seat" with the pad), but she can not do this with the Graco, as the crotch strap rubs on her legs causing red irritation when wearing shorts. The graco pad is very thick and wraps the entire strap (between the legs) and then goes up to sit on the belly. She does not seem to mind sitting on it, but it does not look too comfortable to me.
#5 Padding on Frontier is WAY thicker (on both seat and seat back)and more comfortable to sit on. I can't imagine that the Graco would be comfortable for long trips.

We started with funhouse and one hamster, and end up building the whole city.
My little one even sleeps with one of them, so we had to take batteries out of Nugget.
I recommended this toy to all my friends with kids from 3 to 8 y.o.

The little hamster that comes with the set, Patches, is very sweet and cuddly. She FLEW across our hardwood floor once we changed the batteries, so keep in mind that the original batteries are really for store use only, and don't be alarmed if your hamster seems a little sluggish; a new set of batteries will perk it right up. You really only need one hamster to enjoy the set, but it's hysterical to put in two or more at the same time - they'll bounce off of each other and chatter together. Best of all, a simple press to the hamster's back turns it off. Try that with a real pet!
